Students experience high levels of stress and pressure. This can be either performance, content of classes, or the school environment.

Helping a student understand where the stressors are can help them better focus on their studies. Students who learn self-hypnosis and confidence building techniques have been able to improve not only their performance in class but have seen an improvement in grades.

Some students can be negatively influenced by bullying. If this is the case, this is also addressed in hypnosis. Sometimes students can feel intimidation in school and do not feel comfortable talking with their parents. By understanding how they react to that environment and finding new ways to cope, they can reduce their stress  and anxiety.
