An Amazing Success Story

This last weekend I had a client who wanted to stop smoking. She had smoked cigarettes for more than 30 years. When she came to my office, she had the telltale smell of cigarettes on her. She had a bit of a cough. In our initial discussion, she said she was tired of smoking and she was ready to quit. As she filled out the smoking questionnaire, I asked her to really consider the questions. She also determined how much money was going up in smoke.

She did very well during the process. At the end of the session, she threw

away her remaining cigarettes. When she went home, there was a ashtray full of smoked cigarettes. When she saw them, it made her angry, and she threw them away. She was now a non-smoker and never wanted them in her house again. I was really proud of her.
